1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India.
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or peak demand.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

• You can also track your order from your My Account section on our website.

5. Delivery Issues

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you directly.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, we will contact you to reship (additional charges may apply).

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos of the package and product for verification.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our service and hope to reach you soon.
