Thank you for shopping with Barkat Home Decor. We take pride in offering high-quality home decor items including lanterns, trays, vases, and more. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or personal preferences
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Slight color or design variations (many of our items are handcrafted and may have natural variations)
2. Return Process
To request a return:

within 48 hours of delivery with:Order ID
Images of the damaged/incorrect product
Brief description of the issue
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
The product must be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, a store credit or replacement will be issued.
In some cases, a full or partial refund may be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
